CEO /Executive Director
is a born again Christian and have been walking with the Lord for over 16 years. She is a graduate of Miami Springs Senior High and went on to attend Miami-Dade College where she received her Associate Arts Degree in Business Administration. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s in Business Management from Florida Atlantic University. Sonya is an entrepreneur at heart. She's the business owner of Business Credit Professional, Inc., where she has been servicing small business owners for the past 10 years. She's the wife of Minister Terry J. Woodard and the mother of four beautiful children Brittany, Ashley, Kayla, and Terrik. As a young lady, Sonya made many poor choices that resulted in her becoming the mother of two by the age of 17. Because she understands the behaviors, thoughts, and perceptions that led to her choices as a youth, she knows what it takes to help other young ladies avoid making the same choices. Jenny Crews is a believer of Jesus Christ. She surrendered her life over to God when she was a teenage and never looked back. She is a strong believer of that “straight and narrow path.” At the tender age of 16 Jenny begin to pray about purpose and his will for her life. She was called and chosen to lead the youth at the age of 17 years of age. She was called not just to lead but to lead by example. She has been called at a young age to teach and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, in and out of season to a lost generation. Jenny is known for her sternest yet genuine personality.
Jenny Crews is a graduate of Miami Central Senior High. She went on after high school to Miami-Dade College to study Mass Communication and Journalism but had a change of heart. She went on to ATI College of Health where she graduated Sum Cum Lada as a Certified Billing and Coding Specialist in Medical Administrative Assistant. One night after she obtained her degree from ATI Jenny was lead to major in Sociology. Not knowing what Sociology meant she begin to research the field. She went back to school in 2013 to major in Sociology, the study of human behavior. She is a few semesters away from graduating with honors from Broward College. After Jenny obtain her Associate in Arts degree at Broward College, she will move on to the University of Miami to begin working on her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Jenny goal is to graduate from the University of Miami with her Doctorate degree in Sociology. Jenny always proclaim to herself and others “the sky is not the limit but reach for the stars.”
Jenny is currently employed at Bank of America as a Cash Service Representative. She is active in her local church. She is a youth leader, prayer warrior, youth bible study teacher, witness team, assist with the youth praise team, and she is a choir member. In addition to working, Jenny Crews works a long side her sister CEO Sonya Woodard with mentoring young girls as President of Girls of Transformation Mentoring Program, Inc. All for the glory of God!
Evangelist Vicki Gibbs
Evangelist Vicki Gibbs has been saved and sold out for Jesus Christ for over 25 years. She was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She attended Miami Northwestern Senior High School and Miami Dade Community College. Evangelist Gibbs has always had a heart for people and has sought to serve in her community in various ways. She served as a Metro Dade Police Officer for 14 years. She has volunteered and worked with at risk youth, battered women, hospice caregivers, and currently works as a Student Leadership Advisor and Coordinator.
Evangelist Gibbs loves God and His people. She attends Oasis of Love Deliverance International Ministries, Inc., under the leadership of an incredible Woman of God; Apostle Dr. Iris J. Troy. There she serves as an Usher, Intercessor, Prayer Warrior, Evangelist, and a humble servant of God. Evangelist Gibbs has a true call to minister and pray for broken women who are seeking healing, deliverance, and direction through the power of Jesus Christ.
Dr. Lesley Glover
Dr. Lesley Glover was born in Hollywood, FL. She received her medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine, and is a board certified family physician. She has been in practice since 2004, and has received awards for Patients' Choice and for Most Compassionate Physician.
Dr. Glover enjoys working with youth, and is currently serving as the Junior and Primary Church School teacher at Greater Mount Zion AME Church in West Park, where she has been a member since childhood. She also volunteers her time as a medical chaperone for New Horizons Elementary School when they travel each year to the nation's capital, Washington D.C. Dr. Glover was also privileged to be able to volunteer her services during a medical mission trip to Haiti.
Dr. Glover has a passion for working with others, and is blessed to be able to share her gifts. In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Evangelist Elizabeth Holmes
Evangelist Holmes is the wife of Pastor Tarrence Holmes and the mother of three beautiful daughters; Delesha, Elizabeth and Nicole. At an early age, Evangelist Holmes received the Lord as her personal Savior. After being sidetracked by tumultuous relationships and countless bad decisions, she rededicated her life to Christ at the age of 21. At 25, she began to preach and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ under the tutelage of Apostle Dr. Iris J. Troy. In addition to, preaching the loving, but unadulterated Word of God, she has served in many capacities, such as Youth Leader, Armor Bearer, Praise and Worship Leader, Evangelism, Intercessor, Usher, Pastoral Aid, and Administrative Assistant.
Evangelist Holmes received her undergraduate degrees from Florida Atlantic University, with a B.A. in Sociology and Certification in Ethnic Studies, in addition to an A.A. in Religion from Miami Dade College and a Diploma in Cosmetology from Florida School of Business. As a lifelong learner, Evangelist Holmes is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Educational Leadership.
Evangelist Holmes is an Educator both spiritually and in the secular arena. She has mentored, tutored, and taught troubled and at risk youth in Alternative education for numerous years and currently teaches Social Studies to students in Miami Dade County. She asserts that all of her students deserve a quality education in spite of the challenges that are placed before them. She has been awarded Rookie Teacher of the year in 2007, Teacher of the year in 2011, and nominated Social Studies Teacher of the year in February of 2015.
Evangelist Holmes is dedicated and caring. She is determined to make a difference in the lives of all that she comes in contact with. Experience has taught her that our youth are in need of strong role models that will lead by example and look beyond their faults. She has a passion for people, especially young broken and/or hurting women, having overcome those obstacles herself. Knowing the Power of God and His ability to do exceedingly abundantly above all we can ask, she ministers to their needs utilizing the Word of God to encourage, build up, bless, and deliver.
Evangelist Holmes endeavors to be a virtuous woman. She is a part of Covenant Keepers Outreach which provides food, shelter, and school supplies to countries around the world. Evangelist Holmes balances being a wife, mother, sister, friend, with having a career and faithfully working in her church. God has given her a special Grace to complete her assignment, mission, and purpose.
